My computer has 2 drives C & E, although I don't appear to use Drive E, it stays the same at NTFS 31.48GB -28.06GB 89% freespace, is there any way I should join the 2 together ?

It sounds like either somone has added a second hard drive or more likely there is 1 hard drive partitioned.

You don't need to join them all you need to do is use drive E for storage - sometimes these are for recovery of the computer but not with the free space you have- for videos photos music etc to save these clogging up the system drive

Hope this helps
