Camcorder conflict?

Have bought a zennox camcorder when I put disc in it installs all the programmes but not the drivers - it comes up with an error! When I put usb from camcorder it does not recognise it obviously because there are no drivers Windows asked if I wanted to search web for drivers which I did but Windows 'couldn't find any better than I already had. Anyone else had this sort of problem? Thanks in advance
