Import complete outlook address book to Excel

How do I import my global address list or Outlook address book ( mind you, not Contacts ) to Excel ?
I'm sure there is some easy way out, but I can't figure it out myself. Can someone help, pls reply to this question accordingly. Thanks.

You could export the Address Book as a .csv (comma separated values) text file which can then be opened in Excel.
