I have set a photo of my dog as wallpaper, however, now I cannot find the photo anywhere else on the computer. I know now that I should have copied the image and renamed it prior to setting it as wallpaper but does anyone know how to get it back so that I can send it to other people, print it etc. It is my favourite picture and I would love to share it with friends.

Thanks very much.

If anyone answers I will reply over the weekend as I am going to take my dog, Sam, out now and then to bed. Nighty night all.

Go to start and search, your pic must have a name so do a search for it. It has to be there or your computer wouldn't be able to find it to set the wallpaper.
Right-click on your desktop and select properties. Your background wallpaper name will be highlighted. Then go to START>SEARCH>FILES OR FOLDERS and enter that name. Click on SEARCH NOW and when the file appears in the right-hand pane, right-click and select copy.

Finally, go to your MY PICTURES folder, right-click and select paste.
