20 second answer bank delay

When i press any topic on AB, I get a 20 second delay before the page appears!(every time) The pointer eggtimer is not rotating during this 20 secs, neither is the MicrosoftWindows flag waving. Ive cleared any antivirus programmes/Norton that are running. This problem ONLY occurs on Answerbank. The u/s - d/s lights on my modem are unlit, to relight after the 20 secs.Can any one suggest an answer?
