How to fit a webcam?

I want to know if it is easy to install a webcam - does it have to be programmed in or can I just plug it in? I have Windows XP and am on Firefox.

If you buy one this is Plug and Play (most are) it will be very easy to set up.

There will usually be a driver on a cd that has to be downloaded on to the hard drive, but really Windows XP will set it up automatically.

Just follow the instructions. Logitech is a good make to look for.
