Registering on the Answer Bank

A future ABER has registered onto the site, but is unable to post because it says he has to first read the introduction Email.

But the only trouble is he can't seem to receive this Intro. Email, although the site knows his Email address, because they have told him by Email to read the message first.

Has anyone any ideas, that I can pass on to him please?

maybe he has recieved it but his spam filter has filtered it ?

Is he on AOL. my friend had the same trouble.
