I have a techie challenge. I am developing a computer-based 7 question survey for people to complete at a kiosk in a high footfall area.

I would like it to:
Be easy to use
Be difficult to break/hack
Reset after not being used for 5 mins
Be difficult to make loads of repeat submissions
Be replicable onto smart devices (not always connected to the net) and possibly other kiosks in future

I have a few ideas about how to go about some of this (I have a fairly broad IT skill mix – eg I can build the form, php and local server) but I was wondering if anyone has got any experience/advice they can share?
