I'm stuck on two, think I have the correct answers but don't know why!
22 across: OMR is unimportant (5) _I_O_ (is it minor?)
4 down: Little one in Docklands, eg, with soldiers (5,8)
_I_H_ I_F_N_R_ (light infantry? I'm sure of the infantry bit but don't see why it's light)
