i have bluetooth usb to make my pc able to take photos from my mobile however i turn the bluetooth on my samsung galaxy ace and find the picture i want to send to my pc so i set to scan for devices and it cannot find my phone, help pls

On your phone have you set the Bluetooth settings so that your phone is 'visible' to all bluetooth devices. By default it's set to be 'visible' only to paired devices.

it is now paired with my samsun mini s 3, and i select files but even though i send it to the new phone it just doesnt appear
