Across the top of the page in small print is: 'Letter about XXXX-Google Drive'. How do I print a page without this?

One way round would be to use the 'print screen' option. Cetre the document so you can see all the bits you want - you might need to zoom in or out - then press 'prnt scr' on your keyboard, usually top right somewhere.
Then you can paste into a blank word doc and crop out the bits that you don't need using the crop tool in 'image formatting'.
