End User Licence Agreement

I'm struggling to get used to a laptop. Every time I open MS Word or MS Publisher I am expected to read and accept the MS End-User Licence Agreement before going any further. Why isn't once enough and is there anything I can do to prevent this irritating repetition? Thanks for any advice.

Doesn't the agreement have a tick box allowing you to not see it again another time ?

It appears that you're not logged on to your computer with the necessary administrator privileges to enable you to accept the EULA:

Right click the icon and choose run as administrator

Thank you for your suggestions. There was no box to un-tick and right clicking the icon didn’t help. Buenchico’s link helped up to a point - MS Publisher is now working normally but MS Word didn't respond in the same way. It now asks if I want to 'allow the following program to make changes to this computer'. If I click Yes a normal Word page then opens. Problem now is that when I save a page to the desktop it does not re-open to display what I saved, so for the time being I'll prepare and save with Publisher. I'll get there in the end!
