download file command unwanted

since a few weeks I have a request on my bottom page from my Facebook account to save, open or... cancel a file with a very long list of letters and numbers, it always starts with ai_php?aed= then AQIOw14....etc... or another list of long numbers with always with ai_phpaed. The x for cancelling the action of downloading does not work,same for open or cancel, so this download comment is stuck on permanently. I asked on Facebook stackoverflow page for help but nobody offered any help! I despair and wish to get rid of this file downlaod message which I have not got a clue where it came from.It always starts from Facebook BUT once i have been on Facebook and go back on my server this download file message CAN appear on the page I browse on my server. Any help welcome and please informations in clear language as I am not technological minded. Thanks
