What PC Operating System and version are you using (e.g. Windows 7)?
What Internet Browser and version are you using (e.g. Firefox 16)?
What virus protecton software and version do you use (e.g Norton 360)?

First impression is that you have a well-known computer virus which has hijacked your Internet Browser. This is a nasty virus and if my PC has it I would power off the infected PC immediately and prepare a CD/Flash_Drive containing Microsoft Windows Defender Offline and work on removing the virus without trying to use the infected computer.

After clearing the core virus, then I'd then use Malawarebytes and run a Full Scan.
Once the worst of the virus is removed, I'd then remove and re-install my virus scanner and run a Full Scan.
I should add that I have no practical experience of removing viruses from Google Chrome, though they are more common now than those in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
My advice is the general approach to clearing Root Kits off you PC and removing as much malware as possible.
