Saving Videos

...I have windows 7 and have been sent a video attached to an email - how do I save it in the video section

You don't say which e-mail client (if any) you are using.
Assuming that it's Windows Live Mail:
Open the e-mail
Right-click the attachment
Choose "Save as"
Click Libraries
Double-click Videos
Click Save
