Scanning

I have a scanner/printer EpsomDX3800 but for some reason I now cannot scan. Message comes up as 'This cannot scan ' I do not know why this should be and is there anything to be done to fix it

It might help to google the printer + make number and see if it is missing any essential updates.
I had a similar problem with a Kodak AiO.

Scanning Pay Slips...identity Fraud?!

I would like to scan several items - pay slips, utility bill with my address etc - all items for a mortgage. My friend no longer has her scanner so I was planning to take the items into a camera shop...

16yr old set it up on his account, working fine on his,printing and scanning no prob, on mine it will print, but not scanning the following comes up when i try to scan. Cannot start MP Navigator EX...

Scanner On An Hp Photosmart C4780

It's driving me nuts. I'm scanning in 1 page with 3 images and it gives me 3 separate images on 3 separate docs. I just want a scanned image of what I'm scanning on 1 page!! Any ideas?
