Entry Point

Every time I boot my lap top up a box appears with the heading;
AppleSynchNotifier.exe-Entry Point Not Found. Inside the box it says;
The procedure entry point xmlTextReaderConstName could not be located in the dynamic link library libxml2.dll.
I remember one of those "Whoops, I don't think I should have pressed that" moments a while back when the media player refused to work after I deleted something. (I'm not Bill Gates, more Bill Maynard). Is this important?? If so is there anything I can do about it?

No techy myself so I googled your issue - looks like an itunes porblem
