Inserting clip art on a document

Please could someone tell me how to insert a picture from clip art onto a document.I can get so far but when it comes to resizing I'm getting stuckMany thanks

Click insert
Click "clip art"
choose your picture
click on insert
it should now be in your document
it will have lines around it that you can drag in from all sides to make it the size you want, or, right click it and choose from the options given.

click the corner and a box will appear to adjust the size or reposition!

Right click on picture, from drop down menu select Format picture. You can then choose whether you want the picture in front of text, behind text or surrounded by text.
