I believe Yuku offers this facility - don't ask me any details tho' I just use a couple of yuku forums !

I've always found ..Blogger.. to be good... I use it to create a blog, and just load HQ images onto it for selling things on eBay.
Have a look at it and see what other people can do, it will give you some ideas, and you can create as many as you like... For Free
