Frozen Screen

Hi

I am trying to start my computer and it is frozen on the Dell start up screen. I have tried F2 and F12 as directed on the screen and nothing is happening. I'm in the library asking this and would like not to have to get a professional out to fix it, costing £60 an hour.

Keep pressing F8 as it boots up & then into 'safe mode'.

Frozen screen on laptop

my tomtom910 is frozen...wont turn on or off , it seems locked on.,...wont respond to anything? tried the reset button...nothing..any ideas??

satnav screen frozen

I have a snooper syrius satnav and the screen has frozen at a place i visited a few weeks ago. i can't get rid of this and it won't pick up to my current location. it seems that it needs re-booting...
