Hi Chris, further to my query about Malwarebytes, I decided to take the full option for £19.95 and paid with my credit card, but,after printing the receipt I unwittingly lost the down load button and am now at a loss to know what to do to get what I've paid for. I have typed a letter to them explaining what happened but when I pressed 'Send' I was immediately sent to a page with all the Malware links. I do hope you, or one of the mottley crew in
A/B will be of some assistance.

Do they not send an e-mail receipt when you pay them ? If so that may contain the download link.

As OG says they willhave sent an E-Mail. If not go into the screen for paid download and see if you can put in your E-mail address and find purchase No

As far as I'm aware, you don't need to download anything else. You simply need to register the trial version of Malwarebytes which you already have. (That will upgrade it to the Pro version).

The relevant information should be in an email which was sent to you. (Follow the instructions in the video below to enter it). If you've not received the email, try contacting [email protected] or posting on this forum:
