weird phone situation

i need to phone an electrical repair store 30 miles from me
and cannot get through to them
1. the guy in the shop called me about a repair i have with them,
2. i called back 15 mins later on my mobile (line busy signal) tried again many time, same thing ,i called on bt land line and it said this phone doe not accept in coming calls. three days later (today) its still the same i have sent 3 e-mails to the shop and no replies
bt will not check the line number for that shop
any suggests apart from doing a round trip of 60 miles just to say.go ahead with my repair ?

Send them a letter ?

In the same note, tell them their phone line is out of order, do they have anothr number or can they get it fixed.

Try to find a different repair shop in future.

How about writing to him??? a letter would get to there tomorrow

is the store part of a group? perhaps call another branch

or do you know what stores are next door so you can maybe ask someone there if they could let the guy know he has a fault on line for you?
