In Windows XP, how can I access the BIOS Setup program page:
with a view to changing the boot sequence in the BIOS so that
the hard drive is the first device the computer attempts to boot from.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

You get to BIOS before going into DOS. I thin it varies from PC to PC but try watching the screen for instructions. Often pressing the Del key at the right early point will work. If it doesn't, try the Function (i.e. F) keys. If you see the Windows splash screen, you got it wrong.
to access bios . restart pc and press F2 during restart " prior " to windows operating system starting.

if windows starts to login you will need to try again.
sorry OG did not see your reply when i added mine.
