Wi-Fi on Lenova G550

Does anyone know if the Lenovo G550 laptop is wireless enabled, if it is how do I set it up or do I need a wirelss card etc, how do I find out if these things are already installed. Sorry don't know much about technology.

If I've read the specifications here correctly (under 'Networking'), your device is Wi-Fi enabled:
