What hardware specifications will I need for the Adobe creative Suite package? I want to get into graphic design and am planning to teach myself how to use photoshop, illustrator, flash, acrobat etc, but first I need to buy a laptop.

What specifications will I need?

I only have about £300 to spend on the laptop will this be enough? Any suggestions which laptop I should get?

Thanks!

most laptops will be ok running Adobe Creative Suite but they recommend 1gb of RAM at least, 9gb of free space and some small VRAM on your graphics card - most systems these days easily manage these specs...
here's the word from Adobe itself http://www.adobe.com/...suite/web/systemreqs/

my advice is to buy a base model with graphics that beat the above and self fit extra RAM (literally unscrew a plate on the back and slot it in) there's a video here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yirNejnzbEM

enjoy :)
