Dessert after a Chinese Takeaway

I was meant to be having a dinner party tomorrow night but unfortunately since we have had 6 powercuts in the last 3 weeks, I am not prepared to buy a load of food to have a powercut in the middle of it.

I am therefore ordering a chinese takeaway - which will be quite good fun.

I would like to make a dessert though - just not sure what:

Creme Brulle
Cheesecake

Something else

Also, should I have cheese and port at the end or would that be too weird?

Why not some tinned lychees!
Keeping it all Chinesy.
Ice cream - always stuffed after a chinese so that's about all I can manage! - you could have it with funnygirl's lychees
here is a link to some Lychee recipes - scroll down for the deserts:

Thought of doing a more traditional Chinese dessert but two of the people won't like it - and icecream is just boring :) I know that I could get a decent make but would prefer to cook something myself
Personally I'd go for the cheesecake..........but no cheese and port.
What about key-lime pie or a nice cheescake with those tiny orange things that you eat whole - can never remember what they are called! - that looks quite exotic and in keeping with the oriental theme.
Physalis!
mmm love them, what baout the toffee apple/banana things the chinese resturants usually do, i love them
