I like to read to escape the world. Sounds boring but I've always been like that... I even read in the dental chair as it makes me less nervous.

I read the posters on the walls or whatever boxes of stuff are on the floor or anything that's basically got letters on it... Didn't mean an actual novel.

My idea of escapism:

1. Walking in the woods! Wrapping up in my coat, gloves & boots, then going for a long walk & shufling through the leaves. I love the smell of the woods, it brings back happy childhood memories....

2. Swimming! Once in the pool, I only concentrate on how many lengths I can manage & nothing else! It's so good for body & mind.

3. I also like to listen to spoken word tapes or cd's & losing myself in the story....
