Name of Band of Channel 4's "Best Of Transmission" show

Last night, there was a best of 'Transmission' show and before the Fratellis I caught the tail end of a band who were excellent. All I can recall is a guy with a beard singing something like "You will go down"; any clue who they were. Very indie/rock/alternative & very good!!
