I've been using them since November, last year. My "smoker's" cough has gone completely. I'm not saying I never cough, but that rasping, phlemgy cough has disappeared.

Why would you use, zero nicotine?
Cigarettes never made me cough, razza.....but ecigs do......no idea why...

Chrissa......zero nicotine are fine for folk like me who smoke more as a habit and to occupy fidgety hands rather than for the nicotine....yes.....bonkers I know....but not as bonkers as setting fire to the end of pens and crochet hooks...☺
Razza, I wonder if you have recently stopped using cigarettes, its not unusual to have a smokers cough' for some time after stopping ?
Gness, that, Is bonkers. Lol.
I know, Chrissa.....I spend more time twiddling my ecig in my fingers than puffing on it.......the local circus says when I can do it with ten whilst standing on a horse I have a job with them......☺
if the circus supplies you with a pink tutu i'd like to see pictures ...
Believe it or not, Ael.....I do have my own shocking pink tutu.......☺

I use these, razza.

They don't use liquid and my cough went within, days.
You have mentioned those before, Chrissa.....so I changed from my brand... yours are much better and cheaper....thanks...x

Same here Gness.
Have you absentmindedly lit one yet, Trt?........I have!....☺
Apparently there are tiny hairs that line your lungs these move about to keep your lungs clear when you smoke the hairs are anaesthetised and do not work correctly when you stop smoking they start to work again and begin to clear the gunge which is why you can start to cough more after stopping

In which way are they better?

What brand did you have Gness, I have been using VIP e-cigs?

No, no lighters now :-)
I'm thinking razza means ecigs cause you to cough as you smoke them rather than give you a longer term Smoker,s cough. I never cough when I smoke but the couple of times I,ve had a puff on an ecig I was doubled up with coughing. It's put me off switching.
So pleased to read this, gness and trt. I think they're great. I've saved £630 since switching, too.
Try mine, Prudie.
Trt....I tried Nicolites which were useless.......you'd buy a pack and none worked....they were good at replacing by post but it was a faff..

Then Smoke Relief which were reliable and fine but the ones Chrissa recommends have a longer battery so last longer and are cheaper......x
Thanks Gness,
will have to check their price list against VIP below.
I use the British Gold in the black packs if you scroll down, and free postage.
