Mmm. I actually have this opera, because I've got that big red boxed set of Mozart's complete works (170 CD's in the box). But ... confession ...
I've never listened to Die Entfuhrung all the way through.
By all accounts, it's a bit disjointed ... narrative, aria, narrative, aria ... rather than flowing and integrated.
One day, I will take it in my car, and hear it right through over a few car journeys.
