I would not enter argument re nationality , but what I would say he is a fully trained Olympic champion running against amateur fun runners , so really no big deal , and if he was paid he should donate that to charity.

I was in York, in a pub, when Mo ran, and won, the 10k m in the Olympics. The whole pub was singing 'there's only one Mo Farrah, there's only one Mo Farrah'. It was magical and I've never been more proud of people accepting multi cultural Britain. Anyone who forsakes their country of origin to run for Britain has balls. It's just a shame some Luddites think otherwise.
