Big accident on lap 1, race red flagged. All appear OK, Raikkonen had a big 'off' and is obviously out.
Good avoidance driving from Massa.
Button jumped a place on the 1st lap, Hamilton 2 so that's how they will line up on the grid for the re-start.
Good news for them, it's gonna be an interesting afternoon.

It'll be some time (30+ minutes?) before a re-start because the armoured barrier has to be replaced where it was struck and it's gonna take some time to undo those bolts!

That was some driving by Massa, could have been potentially very nasty. Kobayashi is a lucky boy too!
That tyre of Rakonnen's shot across the track like a missile.

They haven't finished setting up the contraflow yet, never mind the average speed cameras, all crucial for barrier work to e undertaken.

Niki Lauda not happy at the length of delay, claiming that F1 is over-regulated. He has a point, but then this is H&S mad UK.
