Menu Bar Needed Please

I have lost the File, Edit, View, History toolbar.

I have right clicked on the browser toolbar but theonly option is Hide Toolbars. Not very helpful.

I have searched for help online but all I can find is click on Firefox 'Help' - however that is at the end of the Menu Bar!

I am operating Windows XP, on a Desktop, and Firefox 26.0.

Any help greatly appreciated.

It's OK folks. Have sorted it.

At the top left, there should be a Firefox tab which gives a drop down menu.
Select options - Menu Bar, that should do it.

Thanks WyeDyed - however I was viewing in full screen mode which removes the menu bar. I won't make that mistake again - hopefully.
