Not *that* pretty,sqad....compared to some of the villages round those parts. I lived about 8 miles away for 11 years.
Biggleswade is not what it was.
Pasta, where did you live?
The village of Nailsworth in Gloucestershire, population a mere 6,000, has two non-league teams, Forest Green of the Conference and Shortwood United of the Southern League.
I can't believe though there aren't even smaller places with at least two teams.

correction ichkeria, there is in the black country. Halesowen Town+ Halesowen Harriers.
Halesowen has a population 10 times the size of Nailsworth.
But I still reckon there might be somewhere even smaller - in England - than Nailsworth with two teams.
Leiston, here in Suffolk, has a population of 6240. Leiston FC are members of the Isthmian League Premier Division. Leiston St Margaret's FC plays in the Senior Division of the Suffolk & Ipswich Football League.

Mickleover has a population of around 18,000 but has three Non-League teams:
Mickleover RBL FC play in the Mildand Regional Alliance Division One.
Micklover Royals FC play in the Central Midlands Football League (Black Dragon Division South).
Mickleover Sports FC play in the Northern Premier League Division One South.
