No-balls

During the frequent replays of Roach no-balling I've noticed that the non-strike batsman is backing up.If a batsman backs up excessively or frequently he is normally sportingly warned that he could be run-out by the bowler,when was the last Test batsman to have been dismissed this way??? Thanks!!!!
