they did have last time but this ed probably lost the link under his pile of impartailly imported flags.
What a good idea, there could be a subsection under Football in the sports section. At least we have a sort of soccer logo now!
If you remember, it was at the very bottom of the old topic list under where they used to hide CB.
I wasn't here then!
I agree oscarina.. .despite the fact that i am not over enthusiastic about the 'round-ball' game; it's the oval for me...not the cricket ground...Rugger.. which messed -up my knee.

Anyway, whilst I admit to having a sneaky look on TV to see what's happening, dothawkes might assure you that I am getting a real 'Buzz' from the games.

At the moment it's one all ( England-v-America.)

Must get back to the TV.

Ron.
Commentators watching different match to me, just what I expect england to do.
Have to say the Commentaors arent quite as cocky but I have said all along they will be Englands eventual downfall and thats a pity.
They should be impartial in all honesty as we're not all English.
Can someone explain the offside rule to Heskey. what an Alexander.
Who the H is Hesky ? I do know that Scotland had three kings by the name of Alexander; but the Scots are not in the world cup. So how is it kawakiri that you appear to be offside in this thread.?

No offence meant...regards..Ron
hahaha -I posted on this as well thinking it was a World Cup topic Forum and just followed on -easy done :)
Hi Dris, perhaps both of us will be be 'Red Carded' on this one.

Ron
Yay, Japan won, Argentina won, England let me down again!
I don't thing I'm offside, you're just are not aware of my term Alexander.
It means he (Emile William Ivanhoe Heskey ) is a bit of a Dum(b)as(s) for getting caught offside so often.
Ron, is that a vuvuzela you're playing in your avatar?
Oh yeh and the Alexander stopped Rio in his tracks as well.
Hi kawakiri....I apologise for suggesting you were offside, but you did trip me up with Alexander...never heard before the expression. Perhaps it comes from the bookseller Alexander Cruden who was several times confined to a lunatic asylum.

As regards the musical instrument in my avatar, it could be representative of a clarinet which I have and ,when I play it, the sound comes out like a vuvuzela

Best wishes...Ron.
At least you get a sound out of the clarinet, my saxophone has plants growing out of it.
A lunatic asylum sounds good to me, I'll book a place.
