interesting reading. I wonder where AVB was in this list? Surprised at how little J Loew is getting paid.

Perhaps more interesting is the size of the pay cut that Josep Guardiola might have to take if he was offered the job as manager of his national team!

Presumably Jose Mourinho would have to take an even bigger cut in his pay if he was offered the chance to manage Portugal.

Further, it's noticeable that the managers of France, Holland and Italy don't even feature in that list.

When you look at those figures it seems to me that the idea of Guardiola going to Chelsea is ludicrous.
He was a star player for Barca, coached the B team for a few years and now has the top job. He is Barca all the way to the marrow.
When he leaves I can't see it being Chelsea as long as present ownership is in place.
I still find it strange that Switzerland pays national manager more than Germany & Spain. Mind you, both those will get a lot more in performance bonuses.
