Did anyone watch last night's game?

I reckon every club in the world will be turning on the sprinklers and hiring a Rain Dancer before playing Barca now. The waterlogged pitch really messed up their game. I don't recall Messi being so ineffective in any other game. Very lucky to get the draw.

I saw it. If you think that pitch was bad you should have seen the one at Mallorca for Frank Rijkaard's last game in charge - now that was a bad pitch! The pitch at the Camp Nou is often watered before a game and also at half time so a waterlogged pitch isn't such a novelty, however last night's game was more of a mud lark than a football game, it wasn't just Messi who was hemmed in - did you see Abidal muffing a pass? Would the game have one ahead had it been played over here than in Spain?

Famously Tommy Docherty did that with Chelsea once and I think they played Barca. He got the local fire brigade in!
