I saw Mike Doyle play many, many times. A great stalwart for City and a true blue. But didn't he once say that he wished City fans were as loyal as Uniteds'?
Something like that. Not quite sure. They were fantastic days. That was when both Manchester teams were at the top and included lots of local players. A genuine local rivalry. RIP Mike Doyle.
