Is GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) now legal in this country? (UK)

I remember a few years ago I was told that this was illegal to sell over here and I've just seen it advertised on a popular supplement website, has it now been cleared?

Since GABA cannot cross the blood/brain barrier, I think it is only Australia and NewZealand that have banned it.
