user names for sites

i had to do a clean up on my spyware to all my tracks, but now ive lost all the usernames, i use to just double click to sign in, but they dont remember me now :(

and hav to type them in, i know im lazy but any ideas ta

Whatever you used has cleaned out your cache of cookies (these store - amongst other things - your login details). You may be able to restore them from within your anti-spyware program, but this might put back any genuine nasties. Most programs that remove non-invasive cookies also give you the option of leaving certain cookies. Look through whatever removal program you are using and as you login to sites you want to keep, add the cookies to the "save" stash.
