What Do Religions Say About Contacting The Dead Using Ouija Boards And Any Other Methods?

Surely this would be beneficial as the dead would be able to confirm what is on the other side and whether a god exists.

Have any of you used a ouija board or some other way to contact the spirit world or know anyone that has? What was the outcome as I have friends who believe you should not mess with one as you may unleash someone from the spirit world.

I believe that in most cases you are contacting the subconscious mind of either yourself or a participating sitter. It can definitely destabilise those of fragile personality. Myself, I find it fascinating as a key to the subconscious. But, the jury is still out on if contact with disembodied entity's is sometimes applicable.
I suspect it is possible.

I don't know what religions say about it, but it is all a load of nonsense, as others have said. I've never used an ouija board myself, but have heard stories from people who have. I think anything weird that happens is down to coincidence, people's imaginations, or some other rational thing.
