Any help much appreciated. These are tough questions:

1/With which transport would you associate Willy Bento ?

2/With which musician would you associate the Lynx DeLuca recording studio ?

3/Of what is King Wiz the symbolic leader ?

4/What was the Pyrotechnic Tanner's most infamous "success" ?

5/ What is "colloquially" known as the Land of Green Ginger ?

I haven't been able to find a single reference to the first four and for number five there are a few places with that name, but the only one" known colloquially" is the nickname for Hull but I think that may be too far south for this section of the quiz.

5 is a street in Hull.
Gosh. It's you again. I might have guessed. Who on earth conjures up these ghastly challenges? It's Mastermind stuff. I'll ferret around.
They didn't have Superbrain when I lived in Co. Durham. Thank goodness - King William's in the Guardian is bad enough.

I know they are tough. There are 300 questions in this quiz not all as hard as this it has to be said, but it is a tough quiz. I've found roughly 260/270 including a few guesses on some of the photos. So the ones I'm asking about are for me the tough ones. The site is http://thenorthernecho.co.uk/leisure/superbrain/ if you want to look at it.
If you'd have "googled" "land of green ginger" the first hit would have given you the answer - hardly one of the hardest questions in this excellent quiz.
That's a bit unkind, Angie. Hull had been found, but was considered too far south.
Thank you, ON THE ROAD, for pointing in the direction of the quiz. As for me, veni, vidi Best of luck, and congrats on getting so far.
Maybe it could have been worded better, but it is the section about the North East and as far as I'm aware, Hull is in the North East. I've also spoken to friends in Newcastle who confirmed it was Hull when I asked them.

Thank you TOMMO33 for saving me having to explain. If I was bitter and twisted I would have added to Angie that if she had read my question fully, "hardly a hard thing to do" she would have seen I already had that answer, but as I'm not bitter and twisted I won't mention it. Anyway THOMMO I appreciate the good wishes, and just for the record, from memory and I stand to be corrected, but this part of the quiz rarely ventures much south of the North York Moors and that was why I was and still will look for an alternative, just in case. Anyone else who has done this quiz for nearly 30 years will understand. Thanks again for your help.

I would like to add I apologise in advance in assuming Angie is a she rather than a he.
