A single database that provides info of all types of religions, giving unbiased critical analysis? Take note I'm not going to convert into anything, just out of interest only?

A passing comment on Mormons.  They get bad press, as they have missions to convert people.  However, having worked with Mormons outside of the US, and having been to Utah, all Mormons I have known are amongst the nicest people I have met.  Maybe it is their religion influencing them, maybe it is co-incidence.  However, I know what you mean but I would never call it a cult
all religions and beliefs whatever they are should all be respected. i think a cult is when people are asked or made to do daft things (drinking chicken blood and stuff!) that they would not do normally. try looking in the dictionary under cult!
like pretending to drink the blood of a living god they think rose from the dead and eat his flesh? yeah I think that would qualify as a medieval cult. Unfortunately because of the nature of religion it is very hard to get unbiased information unless you are looking just for factual evidence to interpret.
