I object to all religious broadcasting. If people want it get your own tv channel.
why should public money be wasted on superstitious clap-trap. programs
examining morality and ethics in a non religious context would be useful.

It's objectionable when it's compulsory for the broadcaster to allot time for it. The BBC is so obliged. Atheists, as it happens nowadays, get plenty of time but that is not an obligation,as such, on the BBC (and nor should it be)
fredpuli47 -Name the progs that are for Atheists !

I object to all .................. If people want it get your own tv channel. (fill in your own choice)
Brionon I said 'time' not 'programmes' ! Though Prof Dawkins had a good run of programmes in which he demonstrated his....er...disbelief. We have patently atheist comedians on our screens (Jimmy Carr is a notable example) Mind, some in the religious community would have us believe that the BBC is run by atheists !
As well as Dawkins program there was "A short history of disbelief" I think it was called which was excellent and the fabulous "nine lessons for godless people" Probably still on iPlayer.

I think BBC has a right indeed a duty to reflect views across the board and at the moment it's there but not overpoweringly so
