Since there seems to be a list of communicable diseases that disqualifies a person from entering the US, what are the other diseases on this list?

Does the UK have such a list?

Acute Encephalitis may be the symptom of many viral agents which are not explicitly stated in the list above. These viruses include Rabies along with others such as West Nile.
