I meant to say, obviously, pelvic thrust. As in, for my age, I am still very proficient at it when needs be.

Morning sqadlet. Thank you for being the only one to answer my very interesting intelligent thread of Monday, all about GI diets and carbohydrates. No-one wants to know me when I'm being sensible ;-(

My pelvic thrusts are very powerful due to my pelvic floor muscles being the only ones I have regularly exercised. I can snap a twig right in two.....

(Are you still sat in the shade in your boxers, sweating & thinking of me sqad??!!)
