I always pull a hoodie over my face when I see their camerabots hovering overhead.

I like Google Earth, I think it is a fantastic tool.
It is a bit disconcerting though that I can zoom down and (virtually) walk up the road, up the path and up to the front door of the house I used to live at in San Francisco. I hope the new neighbours didn’t mind me nosing by!

are all the map images very old? The local Tescos that was built in 2002 isn't there yet according to Google Earth.

it's only an invasion of your privacy if you need to protect the colour of the car parked outside your house between 6 and 10 years ago, if you zoom down to the blurry image about a mile above my house....
...I'm not breaking into a panic just yet!

I think it WILL become invasive if the cameras get any nearer - but why do folk put up with it? Complain, before those cameras zoom into your home!

Whats the problem loads of people walk up and down your street every day past your house. Are they invading your privacy?
