Hi I have read that if a parent wishes to emigrate with a child they first have to have the permission of the absent parent. My ex has emigrated and I recieve no monies as he is out of the jurisdiction of the csa. Is it possible for a man to emigrate leave his child and with debts here with the csa. Slightly double standards i think. Bet if I tried he would somehow stop me..

Are you married? If not you can both do as you please unless he has perental rights which he has to go to court for. If he doesn't you can do whatever you want with your children without his permission as he can do without yours. Still unfair though as you are still left to support them whatever country you are in!!!
