Very, it would seem.
Very Hypocritical and very selfish. The whole world and the Welsh know where to come crawling it would seem. With her wages she should pay the English NHS for her treatment. Having just completed Chemo myself I am glad we don't have evil witches working at the Royal Marsden.
- She mostly likely moved to be near family, not for special drugs.
- She did mot deny cancer patients drugs, she stopped expensive special drugs.
- The article does not say she will be receiving different treatment than in Wales or that she will be precribed the expensive drugs.
- Anyone in Wales could have moved to a relative in England.

Other than that, a fine peice of Daily Express journalism.

How very convenient for her, *** the rest.
The board she headed accepted half of the applications for help with cancer treatments, how does that compare with other boards?
Oh come on Retro if you were in welsh wales and they said no chemo
and someone said o jump on the train and book into the Marsden

you would have said yup OK later this afternoon....wouldnt you

The question I suppose is: " do you wanna live a year longer or dja wanna look good for the next few weeks " I suppose most would go for the year of life

Irony I think is the word I would use
If she moved to England for treatment it`s immoral not illegal but don`t paint all Wales with the same brush retrocop
